When does the Gift Story open?+
A Gift Story becomes available after delivery is confirmed and the story is unlocked. It can include a personal note or voice message, the gift reveal and why it was chosen. Recipients can replay it, thank the sender and sign in to save it in their Circum Vault. A story under review remains locked.
Do I choose the exact gift?+
You share the recipient’s interests, the occasion, your budget and the destination. The Gifts team curates the surprise and plans its delivery. The contents stay confidential until they arrive.
Can I send a gift to another country?+
Tell us the destination in your gift request. Delivery options and arrangements need to be confirmed for that destination before the experience goes ahead.
Can I keep my identity a surprise?+
Choose anonymous gifting and a reveal preference for your delivery. Circum knows who arranged the gift for safety; recipient disclosure follows your selected option and the applicable consent requirements.
Does the recipient have to be filmed?+
No. Receiving a gift delivery does not require filming or posting. Recording or publicly sharing their reaction is always optional.
